Gus

Southdown/Border Leicester Cross

We hadn’t planned to keep Gus, but as the months went on, and he grew, we fell in love with his personality and wool. He is certainly a total package. He made his show debut at the NC State Fair in 2018 and won Supreme Grand Fleece. He is Gideon’s buddy, and we can’t wait to see what kind of offspring he produces.

AI

CVM

AI stands for Artichoke Isosceles. He came from Far Crick Farm in PA with the name Artichoke. Because of the triangle on his head, he was given the name Isosceles. Neither really stuck. AI stuck.

AI has a beautiful dark fine fleece. His lambs have just hitting the ground and are showing a lot of color and badger faces with a tight crimp. We’re really excited to have his influence in our herd.

Founding Rams

Leicester Cross

We could not have asked for a better foundation ram for our farm. Winston has a great personality, is easy-keeping, performs, and produced every lamb with a title on our farm. His wool is some of our favorite. It is chocolate color mixed with silver tones. His wool falls in locks but is fine. Winston passed away in 2019 after many wonderful years with us. He was a huge part of our flock, and we are so glad to have had him.

Churchill

Cormo Cross

We added "Church" in 2017 to our herd to add a bit of white and finer wool. He didn't disappoint. Of all his lambs, he threw all white. He also added in some added crimp and fineness to the lambs which we are excited about. Church has won Grand Champion Medium/Fine White Wool Ram at the NC State Fair. We can't wait to see how his lambs will perform this year. Church is a sweet boy who loves attention.
